A real hospitality operation, ready for a stronger digital home.

Tailor Homes manages curated apartments and villas in Padova and Veneto, serving leisure guests, students, international visitors, and companies. The operation was real, active, and locally rooted. The opportunity was to give it a digital presence with the same level of care: a website, clear audience paths, and communication that could support growth.

The goal was to present Tailor Homes as a refined, reliable, and locally rooted property management brand. Not just an accommodation provider, but a local partner managing the entire stay experience: property quality, check-in, assistance, and guest support. And it had to speak clearly to three audiences with very different needs, without losing one elegant identity.

Instead of generic hospitality promotion, the strategy used Padova's university ecosystem as a real acquisition channel: dedicated initiatives for University of Padua and Erasmus students, with discount-based campaigns designed to attract medium-term stays and build recognition among young international guests.

A dedicated brochure reframed the offer around the operational needs of companies managing employee stays, relocation, business travel, fairs, and project teams: flexible stays, unified invoicing, priority availability, assisted check-in, 24/7 support, strategic locations, and one clear point of contact.
